Diagnosed with Leukemia at 14 mo., little Mary and her family are in for the fight of their lives. Mary has just completed her second round of intense chemo treatments and is unfortunately looking at another five months in the hospital.
The heartache and stress of having a sick child, alone is unimaginable, but also having to face the financial burden that comes along with their "now" everyday expenses is an immense challenge.
In hopes of alleviating some of that stress, a Huge community garage sale will take place in Lloydminster, Alberta on Aug. 27-29, Thurs. and Fri. evening 5:00- 8:00 p.m., Sat. 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 5205-37 St. As well a benefit BBQ will be held at Co-op Marketplace Fri. Aug. 28, 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
